【Free Shipping】

Orders over $100 CAD (dependent on destination) qualify for Free Shipping, arriving in approximately 5 business days with tracking. Courier Shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days, also with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

【Handling Time】

We aim to ship orders within 5 business days. Out-of-stock items may take 6-9 business days to fulfill.

【International Shipping and Tracking】

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. After clearing customs, your local post office handles delivery. Track your package using the same tracking number on their website.

【Customs and Import Taxes】

Customers are responsible for import taxes and return shipping fees on prohibited items. Verify your country’s import laws before purchasing. We do not facilitate returns or refunds due to unpaid customs charges.

【Cancellation Policy】

To cancel an order, contact us promptly. Once processed and shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

A 10% cancellation fee may apply to processed but not yet shipped orders.
